**NP - Pediatric Opportunity**
**Location: Berlin, NH**
• Integrated Pediatric Role: Position is integrated within the Family Medicine clinic, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary primary care team.
• Schedule: Full-time position with 32–40 hours per week. Option for a four-day work week with four 8–9 hour shifts.
Compensation:
• Nurse Practitioner: Approximately $125,000 – $150,000 for a 40-hour work week.
• No Call Requirements: No night or weekend call responsibilities.
• Collaborative Care Model: Access to Integrated Behavioral Health services to support comprehensive pediatric care.
• CME Support: $3,600 CME allowance plus one week of CME leave annually.
• EMR System: Utilizes AthenaOne electronic medical record system.
• Benefits Package: Competitive benefits including combined paid time off, retirement match, health and dental insurance, and short-term disability coverage.
• Malpractice Coverage: Provided as part of the employment package.
• Loan Repayment Eligibility: Opportunity to participate in federal and state student loan repayment programs.
