Outpatient evaluation and management of hematology and oncology patients
Treatment planning and ongoing management of oncology cases
Patient consultations and follow up visits
Coordination of care with oncology support staff

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
Active Washington license required or IMLC eligibility
BLS certification required
