**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient hematology and oncology clinic providing evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care
- Manage a consistent patient panel with support from advanced practice providers and nursing staff
- Clinic supported by a multidisciplinary team including RNs, medical assistants, and administrative staff

**Requirements**
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- Board certified Hematology / Oncology physician
- Hematology / Oncology fellowship
- BLS

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
