JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active West Virginia License and CSR
Board: NBCRNA Certified
DEA: Not Required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Experience: Minimum 2 Years CRNA Experience
Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR; Ability to Work Flexible Shifts
