Minimum qualifications

• Active Colorado psychologist license or active candidate registration
• Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related behavioral health field

Primary responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and routine risk assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy for incarcerated individuals
• Participate in suicide prevention and crisis intervention, including immediate response to severe psychological distress or suicidal behavior
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and communicate relevant case updates
• Ensure continuity of care during inmate transfers and transitions
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility mental health services
