Join Adelphi as a mental health clinician providing structured behavioral health services at a correctional facility in Eastern Colorado. You’ll work directly with incarcerated individuals to conduct assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support crisis and suicide-prevention efforts—all within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Colorado license or active candidate registration
• Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy, counseling, or clinical psychology
• Experience or comfort working in correctional or forensic settings is a plus

What you’ll do:

• Conduct formal and informal mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and routine risk assessments
• Develop and implement individualized mental health treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy and deliver timely crisis intervention, including suicide prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and provide relevant case updates
• Coordinate care with psychology, psychiatry, and medical teams to ensure continuity during transfers or transitions
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the facility’s mental health services
