Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado license or active candidate registration
- Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy, counseling, or clinical psychology
Core Responsibilities
- Perform formal and informal mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and routine risk assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized mental health treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy and clinical interventions
- Support suicide prevention and crisis intervention efforts
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and provide relevant clinical updates
- Coordinate care with psychology, psychiatry, medical teams, and custodial staff to ensure continuity of care during inmate transitions
- Other duties as assigned
