Night Shift Administrative Director — Registered Nurse (RN) — North Adams, MA (Contract/Travel)

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill an Administrative Director contract in North Adams, MA. This is a night-shift travel role that starts ASAP and runs on 8-hour shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Weekends and holidays are required as needed. The assignment covers a 40-hour workweek at a rate of $3,544.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience in nursing/healthcare.
• Solid experience in conflict resolution and team management.
• Strong working knowledge of day-to-day operations in an acute care medical center, including handling emergency/trauma and critical care scenarios.
• Familiarity with staffing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Ongoing professional development with documented continuing education in healthcare and nursing.
• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must have reliable personal transportation for this assignment and a permanent address.
