Rate: Local: $1,888 / 40 hours

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for PA
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document responses to interventions
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per orders and protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed
• Maintain and prepare accurate clinical records and document all nursing activities, assessments, interventions, education, and progress notes
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
