Travel RN – Emergency Room (ER) | Kremmling, CO | Contract – ASAP

Join a busy emergency team in Kremmling, Colorado — we’re looking for a skilled RN to start as soon as possible on a contract/travel assignment. This role offers a competitive rate of $1,387 per 24-hour shift and the chance to practice high-acuity care in a collaborative ER environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Triage and assess patients as they arrive, quickly identifying priorities and needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions when required.
• Continuously monitor patient status and communicate any changes to physicians and the care team.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of interventions and patient records.
• Teach patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up instructions.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives to help keep the department running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license for the practicing state.
• ER experience or a solid acute care background is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications are a plus.
