Join a fast-paced ER team in Kapaa, HI as a contract/travel RN. This opportunity starts ASAP, is for a 40-hour week, and pays $2,704 per 40 hours.
What you’ll bring
- An active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
- ER experience is ideal, though candidates with an acute care background are welcome.
- Strong clinical skills, solid critical thinking, and clear communication.
- BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred.
What you’ll do
- Quickly triage and assess patients as they arrive, prioritizing care based on acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions when needed.
- Continuously monitor patients, promptly reporting changes to physicians and the care team.
- Keep thorough, accurate documentation of care and patient records.
- Teach patients and families about treatments and follow-up plans.
- Contribute to ER quality improvement and safety initiatives.
