Hematology & Oncology Physician — Fort Collins/Greely, CO | High Salary, Research & Flexible Schedule

Location: Fort Collins and Greeley, Colorado

Job Type: Permanent, Clinical + Call (Inpatient and Outpatient)
Coverage: Vacancy; ASAP start — ongoing
Service Setting: Inpatient and outpatient care using Epic EMR

Work Schedule and Call:

• Facility 1: Days (schedule TBD)
• Facility 2: 4 days/week (flexible)
• Shared call; minimal weekend coverage

Team and Support:

• Facility 1: 9 physicians; 8 APPs/support staff
• Facility 2: 3 physicians; 3 APPs
• Participating physicians provide consultations, second opinions, and shared call coverage

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for hematologic and oncologic conditions (including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma)
• Manage all cancer types with emphasis on breast and gynecologic medical oncology
• Participate in clinical research and implement new treatment approaches
• Develop and communicate treatment plans for complex cases

Requirements:

• Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology (if BE, within 5 years of residency)
• Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA registration
• Clean professional record strongly preferred
• Most recent NPDB self-query report

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: $489,000–$543,000 annually
