Night Hospitalist – Syracuse (7pm–7am, 7on/7off) • $320k+ + $15k Sign-On, Epic, Strong Support

Join a dedicated inpatient team in Syracuse, NY, covering overnight hospitalist needs. This permanent, clinical role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care during the night shift.

What you’ll do

• Admit and manage hospitalized patients overnight (7 PM–7 AM) on a 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams and deliver ongoing inpatient care.
• Provide closed ICU overnight rounding for hospitalist patients and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with a supportive hospitalist team and access robust subspecialty backup.
• Chart in Epic and participate in a rotating call schedule as required.

Who we’re looking for

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active NY medical license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Clean professional record (highly preferred) and most recent NPDB self-query report.
