Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ER experience or acute care background preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as indicated.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly communicate changes to physicians and team members.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of care and patient records.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and follow-up.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the ED.
