Pay: $2,052 / 36-hour shift
Requirements:
- Active RN license in practicing state
- ER experience or acute care background preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Triage and assess patients on arrival
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol
- Monitor patient status and report changes to physicians and care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records
- Provide patient and family education on treatments and discharge/follow-up
- Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
