Schedule & Coverage

  • Clinical shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (in-house)
  • On-call: Weeknights 5:00 PM–7:00 AM; Weekends 7:00 AM Saturday–7:00 AM Sunday
  • Specific coverage blocks:
    • April 13–19, 2026
    • April 27–May 3, 2026
    • May 11–17, 2026
    • May 25–31, 2026
    • June 29–July 18, 2026
    • July 26–August 15, 2026
    • August 23–September 12, 2026

Required Procedures (must)

  • Trauma embolization (body)
  • Pulmonary thrombectomy
  • Gastric tube placement
  • Biliary/chole tube placement
  • Nephrostomy and ureteral stenting
  • Dialysis graft/fistula stenting
  • Body arteriography
  • IVC filter placement and removal

Preferred/Ideal Experience

  • Cryoablation, thermal ablation
  • TIPS
  • Venous and arterial stenting
  • Venous and arterial extremity thrombectomy and limb salvage
  • Prostate and uterine artery embolization
  • Gonadal vein embolization
  • Uterine fibroid embolization
  • Y90 chemoembolization
  • Pseudoaneurysm treatment

Credentials & Compliance

  • Active Idaho medical license required; IMLC accepted
  • Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
  • Clean background required; Name Clear and NPI required

Duties

  • Perform general and advanced interventional radiology procedures
  • Provide in-house and weekend call coverage
  • Maintain timely, accurate procedure and patient documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical team and follow hospital/department protocols for patient safety and quality of care
