Join a contract/travel team in Havre, MT, providing high-acuity care in a rotating ER/ICU role. Start ASAP for a 36-hour assignment at $2,182. Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years’ ER and/or ICU experience and demonstrate strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS, TNCC, CCRN preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Deliver emergency and critical care to unstable, high-acuity patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments; monitor ventilator settings and cardiac rhythms
• Use EMR for accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to codes, trauma, and other medical emergencies
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
