Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina LCSW license in good standing.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to mentally ill offenders housed at selected facilities in NC.
- Conduct initial mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations of offenders in custody.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse offender needs.
- Participate in behavioral programming and aftercare planning to support reentry and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation in the HERO electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with correctional facility staff and external treatment agencies to coordinate offender care.
- Comply with all Facility's security procedures, clinical policies, documentation standards, and ethics regulations.
