Registered Nurse — Night Float Pool (ED/Med-Surg/PCU) — Claremont, NH

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a close‑knit team in Claremont, NH. This is a full‑time, night shift position (12‑hour shifts) with a start date ASAP. You’ll work every other weekend and should be comfortable moving between units as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Float between Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, and Progressive Care (PCU) areas as a flexible resource.
• Be ready to accept unit assignments and assist with admissions, transfers, and other patient care needs.
• Provide high‑quality nursing across ED, MS, and PCU settings in a smaller, rural facility environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with strong proficiency in ED and MS/PCU care.
• Willingness to float and step in wherever the team needs you.
• Comfort working in a rural or small facility is highly preferred.
• COVID vaccination required.

Certifications and licensure:

• Current New Hampshire nursing license (compact licenses allowed).
• ACLS (AHA) required.
• PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire.
