Key requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient/clinic nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Additional certifications per specialty preferred

Core responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, obtain vitals, and complete clinical documentation
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments per standing orders or under RN/physician supervision
• Assist providers during exams and procedures and deliver patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinic policies and protocols
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment
