Join a contract/travel team in Honakaa, HI, providing compassionate long-term care. This position starts ASAP, offers varied shifts, and pays $1,944 per 40-hour week.
What we’re looking for
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Prefer experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and regularly monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and under appropriate supervision.
- Accurately document care, report clinical changes, and communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes resident well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life.
