Position: Licensed Practical Nurse — Long-Term Care (Contract/Travel)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: Evenings
Rate: Travel $1,752/40 hrs; Local $1,684/40 hrs
Requirements:
- Active LPN license for Hart, MI
- Minimum 1 year LTC or comparable experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Administer medications and basic treatments per care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
- Observe, report, and escalate changes in resident condition
- Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to deliver resident-centered care
- Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
