Minimum qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in obstetrics or labor & delivery preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred

Core responsibilities

• Continuously monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and delivery
• Assist with labor management, delivery, and postpartum care
• Administer medications and prescribed interventions safely and accurately
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support about childbirth and newborn care
• Accurately document care and report patient status to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, midwives, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
