Required credentials

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of New Mexico
• BLS certification

Primary responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, document findings, and record progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical and nursing records, including patient education
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
