Contract/Travel Registered Nurse — Long Term Care
Location: Baker, MT
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Nights, 5:45 PM–6:15 AM (36 hours/week)
Rate: $2,182 per 36-hour week

Requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• BLS required
• Additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and per policy
• Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans
• Educate residents and families on diagnoses, care plans, and health management
• Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
