Contract Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care | Farmington, ME | 14-Week Local Assignment

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a facility in Farmington, ME on a 14-week contract starting ASAP. This position follows a 12-hour day shift (07:00 AM–07:30 PM) and is a local, non-travel opportunity. Compensation: $1,400 for 36 hours.

What you’ll do

• Provide hands-on nursing care: plan and implement individualized care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, intervene as needed, and document progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and document that education in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment—manage unit order and supervise patient conduct when necessary.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.
