Contract RN – Long-Term Care (Night Shift, 10-Week) – Gallup, NM

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a team in Gallup, NM on a 10-week contract (non-travel) starting ASAP. This is a local assignment with a night shift schedule (Sun, Fri, Sat | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a pay rate of $1,350 per 36 hours.

What you’ll need:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of New Mexico
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll do:

• Create and carry out individualized nursing care plans, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and chart patient progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and keep accurate, timely records.
• Document all nursing activities in the medical record, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment—monitor and supervise patient conduct and help preserve order.
• Take on other duties as assigned by management.
