We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a long-term care team in Hart, MI for an 8-week contract. This is an evening shift position that starts ASAP and offers competitive pay for both travel and local candidates.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in Hart
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills

What you’ll be doing

• Create and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Provide direct nursing care and oversee day-to-day clinical operations
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor, document, and report residents’ progress and changes in condition
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
