Join a Fairfield, IA facility as a Medical‑Surgical RN on a contract/travel assignment. This night‑shift role (6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) begins ASAP and offers $2,308 per 36-hour week.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical‑surgical experience preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred based on patient population.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and clear communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of vital signs and clinical status.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education to support care plans and discharge goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
