Requirements:

• Current, active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and clear communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs regularly.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions.
• Accurately document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and self-care management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
