Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) — Hermiston, OR — Day Shift

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical team in Hermiston, OR on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. You’ll work day shifts (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.), covering a 36-hour week with a pay rate of $2,358 per 36 hours.

What we’re hoping you bring

• An active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• Medical-surgical experience is preferred.
• Solid clinical judgment, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred depending on the patient population.

What you’ll do day to day

• Regularly assess and monitor patients, including vital signs and changing conditions.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Keep thorough, timely documentation and share important changes with the care team.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage health after discharge.
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
