Travel RN – OB/Labor & Delivery (Nights) — Viroqua, WI (36-hr Contract)

Join a contract OB/L&D team in Viroqua, WI—nights, 7p–7a, starting ASAP. This Registered Nurse role is a travel/contract assignment (36-hour schedule) with pay of $2,308 per 36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum one year recent OB/L&D experience preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS, NRP, and/or AWHONN preferred or required per facility

Core responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Provide nursing care in antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum phases
• Assist physicians and midwives during vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and ordered treatments
• Operate and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring systems
• Educate patients and families on labor progression, pain management, and postpartum care
• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and complications
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
