Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – OB/Labor & Delivery (Aspen, CO)

Join a team in Aspen, CO as a contract Travel RN working in OB/L&D. This role starts ASAP, is a 40-hour contract with a pay rate of $3,716 per 40 hours, and offers the chance to provide hands-on maternity care in a supportive, collaborative setting.

What we’re looking for

• An active RN license (state-specific or compact, as required)
• At least 1 year recent OB/L&D experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications preferred or required per facility

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Monitor and document maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Provide nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum phases
• Assist physicians and midwives with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and ordered treatments safely and accurately
• Operate and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring systems
• Educate patients and families about labor progress, pain management options, and postpartum care
• Respond quickly and effectively to obstetric emergencies and complications
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
