- Care team/support: OBGYN, FM resident/faculty, EFM certified nurses & providers, 24/7 pediatric hospitalists, NICU nurses, pharmacists, labor/delivery/post-partum RNs, MA/LPN, CLC, IBCLC
- No. of OBGYNs: 1 general FTE, 1 FTE, 1 PT, 3 PRN
- No. of APPs: 5; 2 ARNPs, 2 PAs, 1 midwife
- Nursing support: 1:1 (additional support in hospital/birth center)
- Services offered: - Annual breast & pelvic exams, Pap smears - Abnormal pap smears & HPV Management - Care: Routine Prenatal/Postnatal, endometriosis, & menopause - Contraception: Consultation & Options - Treatments: Infertility, & urinary incontinence - Hormone replacement, menstrual irregularities - Pelvic prolapse repairs, permanent sterilization - U/S Imaging
