Join a supportive OB team in Longmont, Colorado, providing overnight inpatient obstetric care. You’ll cover nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) for 6–12 shifts per month as a nocturnist, working in-house to manage labor and delivery, triage, postpartum care, and urgent gynecologic consults. You’ll also provide urgent assessments and interventions and serve as backup for complex cases.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide comprehensive overnight obstetric care: manage labor, perform deliveries, and care for postpartum patients
- Triage and stabilize obstetric patients presenting overnight
- Manage acute gynecologic consults that arise during nocturnist shifts
- Intervene urgently when needed and coordinate escalation for complex cases
- Collaborate with an existing team of eight physicians and four APPs using Epic
Schedule and coverage
- Night shift: 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
- 6–12 shifts per month
- In-house call coverage
- Coverage starts ASAP and is ongoing
Qualifications
- Board certified (BC) in OB/GYN
- Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain one
- DEA registration
- Clean professional record highly preferred
- Most recent NPDB self-query report
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range (full-time): $291,000–$324,000
- Potential quality and/or productivity bonuses
