Travel Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse – Grand Junction, CO (Contract)

Position: Contract/Travel RN — Operating Room
Start: ASAP
Shift/Hours: 32-hour assignment
Rate: $1,264 / 32 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Perioperative/Operating Room experience preferred
• BLS required
• CNOR or other specialty certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR environment for surgical procedures
• Serve as circulating nurse or scrub tech to assist the surgical team
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor patient status during procedures
• Administer medications as appropriate and follow established protocols
• Accurately document perioperative care and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide patient and family education for pre- and post-operative care
