Travel Operating Room RN (Perioperative Nurse) — Viroqua, WI (36-hr Contract)

Join a team in Viroqua, WI as a travel Registered Nurse supporting the Operating Room. This contract role starts ASAP, follows a days schedule beginning at 6:00 AM, and is based on a 36-hour rotation with a pay rate of $2,182 per 36 hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR for scheduled procedures.
• Serve as circulator or scrub team member during surgeries, assisting the surgical team as needed.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and uphold sterile technique throughout procedures.
• Accurately document surgical care and ensure adherence to facility protocols.
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative education to patients and their families.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and effective communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications are a plus.
