What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey
• Master’s degree or higher
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations

What you’ll do:

• Complete comprehensive OT evaluations and create intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver targeted therapy focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional/adaptive abilities
• Recommend and help implement adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
• Track, analyze, and document student progress in line with IDEA and district guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other related service providers to ensure cohesive care
• Take on other duties as assigned to support student success
