Join a Louisville-based team as a Progressive Care/Step-Down RN for a bundled contract running 03/10/2026–04/23/2026. This is a night shift assignment (06:45 PM–07:15 AM) with 20 shifts total and a pay rate of $49.30/hr.
Shift breakdown:
- March 2026
- Week 2: Tue 3/10, Thu 3/12
- Week 3: Tue 3/17, Wed 3/18, Fri 3/20
- Week 4: Sun 3/22, Mon 3/23, Wed 3/25
- Week 5: Tue 3/31
- April 2026
- Week 1: Fri 4/3, Sat 4/4, Mon 4/6, Tue 4/7
- Week 2: Wed 4/8, Tue 4/14
- Week 3: Thu 4/16, Fri 4/17, Sun 4/19
- Week 4: Wed 4/22, Thu 4/23
What we’re looking for:
- Active RN license in your practicing state.
- Preferred experience in PCU, step-down, or critical care settings.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
- BLS required; ACLS is preferred.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Monitor patients closely and track vital signs.
- Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Recognize changes in patient status and quickly escalate care when needed.
- Provide patient and family education about care plans and self-management.
- Accurately document care in the patient record.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
