Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Previous OR nursing and scrub experience required
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile technique
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of surgical services and OR staff
- Scrub and assist during surgical procedures as needed
- Ensure sterile technique and compliance with safety standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow in the OR
- Coordinate surgical case scheduling and patient flow
- Monitor quality, infection control, and patient safety
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership
- Support staff training, development, and performance management
