Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Pennsburg, PA (14-Week Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join a team in Pennsburg, PA on a 14-week contract, starting ASAP. This role follows a full-week schedule (Sun–Sat) from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is competitive: Travel: $2,121/35-hours; Local: $2,090/35-hours. To be considered you must hold a valid, active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing to determine diagnosis and severity.
• Use clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing to form clear, individualized diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language skills.
• Evaluate and treat dysphagia, teaching safe swallowing techniques and strategies.
• Recommend and support use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families, providing home programs and strategies to reinforce gains outside of therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, modifying plans as needed.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, educators, and other team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely records including assessments, plans of care, and progress notes.
• Help patients generalize communication skills into everyday settings—school, work, and home.
• Stay current with best practices and professional development in speech-language pathology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
