Salary up to $680,000.

Fellowship training preferred. General Ortho with emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery..
Fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery (preferred) or significant focused experience in hand surgery.
Hospital-employed, community hospital with outpatient clinic (primarily at Bone & Joint Center locations).
Call Schedule: Shared call (light to moderate, with support from general orthopedists and potential for system collaboration); designed to support work-life balance in a rural community.
Support for building a thriving hand surgery practice with dedicated clinic time and operating room access.
