**Assignment Details**
- Start date June 15, 2026
- Ongoing coverage
- Full-time schedule of 3–4 twelve-hour shifts per week
- Schedule may include occasional night shifts
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 60–90 days (expedited possible with clean history)
**Clinical Details**
- Level III trauma facility
- Medically supervised care team model
- Coverage across multiple procedural areas including 7 main ORs, 4 surgery center ORs, 2 GI procedure rooms, bronchoscopy suite, and cath lab
- Case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, gynecology, orthopedics, podiatry, obstetrics, urology, vascular, robotic procedures, and healthy pediatric cases
- EMR: Epic
**Requirements**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS required
- Experience with adult, pediatric, obstetric, and trauma anesthesia preferred
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
