**Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine**

• Opportunity for a Internal Medicine physician to join an outpatient primary care practice in Morris, Minnesota.
• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative care environment.
• Flexible scheduling with approximately 36 patient care hours per week.
• Average patient volume of 12–15 patients per day, supporting a balanced work pace.
• Option for a procedure-focused practice for physicians interested in performing additional procedures.
• Each provider is supported with 2 dedicated exam rooms and dedicated nursing staff.
• On-site specialty outreach services include:
o General Surgery
o Orthopedics
o Otolaryngology
o Oncology
o Podiatry
o Interventional Radiology
o OB/GYN
o Allergy & Immunology
o Cardiology
• Additional on-site services and resources include:
o Ambulatory Surgery Center
o Infusion services
o Laboratory services
o Mobile mammography
o CT and ultrasound imaging
o Sleep center services
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC.
Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (board certification preferred).
• Active Minnesota medical license and DEA required upon hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
