**APP (PA/NP) – Emergency & Urgent Care**
**Location: Fergus Falls & Elbow Lake, Minnesota**
• Full-time Emergency Department (ED) / Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) opportunity serving Elbow Lake ED, Walk-In Clinics, and hospital in Fergus Falls.
• Sole coverage in Elbow Lake ED with tele-support currently provided; average 3–4 patient encounters per shift with moderate acuity (3.5/5 ESI scale).
• Support hospitalist team as needed, including inpatient, swing bed, and observation care.
• Position offers flexibility and consistency across ED and Walk-In Clinic coverage enterprise-wide.
• Practice within a collaborative, modern healthcare system located in a family-friendly community in west-central Minnesota.
• Conveniently located on I-94, halfway between Fergus Falls, MN and the Fargo/Moorhead metro area, less than 30 minutes to Fargo International Airport.
Qualifications
• PA-C or NP from an accredited program.
• ACLS certification required.
• Active Minnesota medical license and DEA required upon hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
