- Prefer providers able to offer 3–4 weeks of coverage per month
- Optional beeper call available but not required

**Clinical Details**
- Coverage across hospital OR and outpatient surgery center
- 16+ operating rooms
- Supervision model with MDA available in-house 24/7
- Case mix includes general anesthesia, trauma, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, pediatric, OB, neuro, and regional cases
- Procedures include intubation, IV placement, arterial lines, central lines, PA catheter placement, regional blocks, and post-op epidurals
- Equipment includes Drager anesthesia machines and Omnicell medication dispensing
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
- No specific state license required to bid
- Board Certified CRNA
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through AHA
- Ability to manage adult and pediatric anesthesia cases
- Experience with complex orthopedic and vascular procedures preferred
- APNP license encouraged but not required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel and lodging: Reimbursed
