**Assignment Details**
- Start April 20, 2026
- Minimum 3 months of coverage required
- Clinic schedule 8:00am–4:00pm
- Night call 5:00pm–8:00am and occasional 24-hour call 7:00am–7:00am
- Call rotation approximately 1:6 with 5–6 call days per month
- Providers must cover approximately 80% of available dates

**Clinical Details**
- Combination of outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical coverage
- Average 20–25 patients per day in clinic
- Approximately 20–30 surgical cases per month
- Procedures include cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, TURP, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and bladder Botox injections
- Robotic surgery available but not required
- Call mix approximately 20% consults and 80% callbacks
- Hospitalist team manages admissions
- Support staff includes 2 RNs, MA, surgery scheduler, and front office team
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Urology highly preferred or truly Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Active Washington license preferred or IMLC with LOQ
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
- Recent NPDB self-query required at presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
