**Breast Surgery Opportunity**
**Location: Abilene, TX**
• Opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to practice in a major regional medical center serving a large multi-county population.
• Practicing physicians and fellows are welcome to apply.
• Must hold a Texas medical license or be eligible for licensure in Texas.
• Position offers employment or solo practice opportunity.
Compensation & Incentives
• Attractive first-year salary of approximately $448,880 with a lucrative incentive program.
• $45,000 sign-on bonus including relocation assistance.
• Potential student loan repayment assistance available.
• Potential monthly training stipend available for candidates up to 24 months from completion of training.
Benefits Package
• Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, and Retirement plans.
• 30 days of paid time off (DTO) annually.
• 18 weeks of sick leave and additional benefit offerings.
• $2,000 reimbursement for Texas medical license fees.
