Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Established Practice | No Call | Flexible Schedule

A well-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team. The practice has proudly served the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong, loyal patient base. This opportunity offers a supportive and collaborative environment in a large, independent facility with room for expansion, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with optional Saturday coverage available.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active or eligible for New Jersey Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)
