Position Overview:
Seeking a full-timeBoard Eligible / Board Certified Oncology Hematology physicianto join a multidisciplinary cancer center at an established hospital in Crown Point, Indiana. The practice emphasizes a team-oriented culture focused on patient care, supported by comprehensive staff to streamline clinical responsibilities and prioritize patient needs.

Candidate Profile:

• MD/DO, fellowship-trained in Hematology-Oncology

• Board Eligible / Board Certified in Oncology and Hematology

• Active or eligible Indiana medical license

• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required or obtainable

• Demonstrated clinical excellence and commitment to patient satisfaction

• Strong interpersonal skills with interest in community engagement and collaborative care

Schedule & Clinical Expectations:

• Flexible full-time schedule

• Average outpatient volume: 15"20 patients per day

• Average inpatient volume: 3 patients per day

• Common diagnoses include breast, colon, lung, rectal, prostate cancers, and benign hematology conditions
